July Diary

The name

Two words, both capitalised, no hyphen and no definite article: July Diary, not “JulyDiary”, “July diary” or “The July Diary”. The Bengali form is used alongside it, not instead of it.

The logo

A raised fist with an archival doorway cut into the wrist. Two versions: dark ink for light backgrounds, light ink for dark ones. Both are transparent PNGs at 1426×503, and the red is identical in both — it is the one colour that does not shift.

Please do not stretch it, recolour it, add effects to it, or separate the fist from the wordmark. Leave clear space around it of at least the height of the letter J.

Colour

Two accents, both from the flag, and each carries one meaning only: red is loss, green is people. The ground is wet concrete rather than cream or black. Every swatch below is painted with the live value, so it changes with the theme you are reading in; the hex given is the light-theme value.

In dark mode the ground becomes #1a1b1e, ink becomes #e9e6df, and the small-text red lifts to #e8556a so it stays legible. The logo red does not move.
